This notice explains what personal information Pass24 (pass24.co.uk) collects, why, and what your rights are. Pass24 is run by Hummerfort Publishing Ltd, the data controller. Contact: hello@pass24.co.uk.

Using the site without an account

You can use the practice questions and mock tests without giving us any personal information. Your scores and progress are stored in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us.

If you create a free account

We collect your email address so you can sign in, and we store the results of the mock tests and practice questions you take so we can show your progress on any device. Our lawful basis is to provide the service you asked for (contract).

If you tick the box to receive emails, we will send you study tips and news about Pass24 products, such as the practice book. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Who processes your data

Accounts and progress are stored with Supabase (database and sign-in emails), hosted in the UK/EU region. The website is hosted by Vercel. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your account until you delete it. You can delete your account and all your progress at any time from the My progress page, and it is removed straight away.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
