Terms of sale and refund policy

These terms apply when you buy the Pass Pack, which includes the Pass24 practice ebook, from Pass24 (pass24.co.uk). Pass24 is run by Hummerfort Publishing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14625756), registered office Office 2281, 58 Peregrine Road, Ilford, IG6 3SZ. Contact: hello@pass24.co.uk.

What you are buying

The Pass Pack is digital content: access, through your Pass24 account, to the full bank of Pass24 practice questions and unlimited mock tests, plus a downloadable copy of the Pass24 Life in the UK Practice Book ebook (PDF). The price is shown before you pay and includes any VAT that applies. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription.

Pass24 is an independent practice service. It is not connected to the Home Office or the UK Government, and buying the Pass Pack does not book, replace or guarantee a pass in the official Life in the UK test.

Access

Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and lasts for as long as we operate the Pass24 practice service. Your access is for your own personal use. Please don't share your account or copy the questions. The ebook is licensed to you for personal use only: you may keep it, read it on your own devices and print it for yourself, but you may not share, resell or publish it.

Your right to cancel and refunds

Because the Pass Pack is digital content supplied straight away, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate access and to acknowledge that this means you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Even so, we offer a voluntary refund: if you ask within 14 days of buying and have answered fewer than 200 Pass Pack questions and have not downloaded the ebook, we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@pass24.co.uk from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days, and access ends when the refund is made.

If the Pass Pack is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing in these terms affects them.

Accuracy

We write and check every question against the official handbook and correct mistakes when we find them. If you think an answer is wrong, please tell us.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
